Hi, I am impressed by the HILTOP bungalows in Penang.I have been looking for a little while to buy some more property in malaysia to live after my retirement.[I should be easily on a pension of RMxxxx per month. This does not include my wife’s, who would be on similar level.Combined it would put us on above RMxxxxxx per month].

How do I get in touch with the developer of Hill top, doe any one knows what the price is and when do they anticipate to finish.

Would I get a small mortgage/How much would a bank be prepared to lend us, should we need to go to them.I have other property and income as well, that I rather not duscuss here.

By the way, we are both Malaysian citizens who have lived and worked abroad.

    thanks for any constructive feedback.
